Welcome to  the backup website for Aussie Rescue (ARPH) of Ontario, Canada! These Australian Shepherds are in the ARPH program and are available in Ontario. If you are interested in adopting an ARPH dog, the FIRST STEP in the adoption process is for the new family to complete an adoption application  The application is available here, or by calling 1-877-ARPH-779 Approval requires a check of the references you submit, a vet check and usually entails a home visit. This process can take a few weeks. Please remember that all positions in ARPH are held by volunteers who donate their available time for the benefit of these dogs. All dogs in the ARPH program are altered before adoption and all shots are up to date. They have also been tested for heartworm and either dewormed or fecal tested.
